Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220 offers a BS 6 compliant, fuel injected, 220 cc, 4-stroke, oil cooled, single cylinder, 2-valve, SOHC engine with twin spark plugs & patented DTS-i technology. That can crank out a decent 19.03 PS @ 8500 rpm & peak torque of 17.55 Nm coming @ 7000 rpm. All that power is delivered through a paired in 5 speed gearbox, linked with a chain drive.
Avenger comes with a fuel tank capacity of 13 liters, with fuel economy claimed to be 40 kmpl (actual fuel economy may vary as per road condition & riding).
Wheels, Brakes & Suspension
Wrapped on its beautiful wire spoke rims, you get a 90/90-17” 49P section tire at front & wide 130/90-15” 66P section tire on the rear.
For braking, Bajaj has offered state of the art single channel ABS at front. Equipped with a 280 mm disc rotor at front & 130 mm drum brake at the rear hub.
